About Blue Sky Brain Integration
About Marla Empfield
Marla is a certified Brain Integration Practitioner through the Learning Enhancement Center, trained in the Crossinology Brain Integration Technique, and a certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. She has always had a passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves—both mentally and physically. Marla's journey into Brain Integration began after witnessing the profound impact it had on her own family. Having lived with ADHD her entire life, she understands the challenges that can come with focus, learning, and emotional regulation. This personal experience inspired her to help others using a non-invasive, drug-free approach that supports the brain's natural ability to function more efficiently. Today, Brain Integration is Marla's primary focus, allowing her to combine her knowledge of movement, brain function, and personal growth. Outside of her practice, she enjoys camping, hiking, biking, lifting weights, and volunteering in the community. She is deeply committed to empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Understanding Brain Integration
The Crossinology Brain Integration Technique (BIT) helps reconnect and strengthen pathways in the brain that aren’t functioning properly. When these pathways misfire or disconnect, the brain’s communication flow is disrupted. This can show up as challenges such as dyslexia, learning difficulties, ADD/ADHD, coordination problems, or emotional and behavioral struggles.

How the Crossinology® Brain Integration Technique Works
BIT is a non-invasive, drug-free approach designed to restore normal brain communication in people without organic brain damage. Most clients complete the full integration process within 15-18 hours, with a 6-week free follow-up session. Once your brain is integrated, the results are long-lasting — unless another major trauma occurs, your integration will remain stable for life.
Treatment Flexibility
You can schedule your BIT sessions in a way that fits your lifestyle. While many clients complete the process within three months, this is simply a guideline. We will help you design a timeline that works best for you.
Scheduling Options
Appointments can be organized: weekly or bi-weekly, condensed into a few consecutive days, spread out over longer, more flexible sessions. Your practitioner can recommend the most suitable approach for your needs and schedule.
